Possible to configure a pop-up for address search results WITHOUT a feature layer?
Hi everyone. I'm working on an app for a company. I have a "service area" boundary feature layer, and what I'm trying to do is make it so that when someone searches their address in the search bar (using the default World geocoder), based on whether or not that address is within the boundary, the pop-up would then list what free services are available to them. I'm not sure if this is even possible without writing code though 
If this is not possible I was thinking I could maybe add some parcel layers of the area, do a search by location analysis, and create a new field in the attribute table with the information. However, I feel like this would eat up a lot of the credits on my companies organizational account, which I don't want to do.
So does anyone know what options I might have available to me in this situation?
