I had activated the VBA in Arc GIS 10.1 and now I need to autohrize it so Ican use it. How can I authorise it? do I need a license ? who can help me?
in more recent versions you have to ask for the VBA license when getting your arcmap license, then explicitly then authorize it explicitly... perhaps he procedure is still he same
