Alternatives to Military Analyst for ArcGIS 10.3?

Now that Military Analyst is no longer supported, are there any plans for a similar extension for 10.3? Are there alternative methods for quickly populating Latitude/Longitude and USNG coordinate fields?

Add XY Coordinates (you can use the geoprocessing environment to set an alternative coordinate system if needed) or Convert Coordinate Notation?

What is the alternative to Geodesy Calculator in Military Analyst? I don't know another tool which easily allows plotting a line between two points and then editing the line endpoint by bearing, distance or end point. We use this for estimating and plotting both distance and bearing on our emergency response map.
