How can I save edits in Web AppBuilder

I am trying to edit an application I created in web AppBuilder, but have been unable to save changes. It shows as being "Saved" in the bottom of the left panel, but it has not been saved and the "Save" button is greyed out. I have made several changes, which appear on the interface as I make them, but when I close out and open again, they have not taken effect.

   I have seen where a few people have had a similar issue. But you can normally force the save option by making a small change to the apps title or sub-title. If that fails theme change the theme to another theme and back again.

I had to change the theme in order to get it to save. Thanks Robert!

Have you tried using a different browser? I sometimes have trouble with both IE and Chrome. Usually Chrome works best but it does mess up at times and then I have to switch. Problems include not saving or not loading data/layers properly.
