Display label to Stream Layers in WAB

I'm creating web application using WAB where it reads multiple stream and feature layers from a webmap, the used stream services are published using GeoEvent Server.

ArcGIS Online doesn't support labelling stream layers, any advice on how I can display label for stream layers within the application?

Ahmed,

   If AGOL does not allow for labeling stream layers them it is likely that there is nothing that can be done using the JS API to accomplish this and thus nothing can be done in WAB.
