Samples with LocationButton Widget dont' work

WebApp doesn't seem working..

Using the "LocateButton" - Widget in app such as

zooms to scale Level 25 instead 16 where the basemap data is no more available...

   The first sample link works for me. As far as the second link zooming in to far you have the ability to set the scale that is used when your location is found using the scale option in the constructor for the widget.

Sample 1:

In IE and Firefox on Desktop works, Safari at iPhone6 not, Chrome on Desktop and Mobile sometimes works sometimes not. Issue found the first time at 1st November 2015 ... before everything has run great...

Browser Updates?

I try with setScale. It works sometimes, sometimes it seems that the Widget/Browser/?? overrides that Scale....
