I have currently subscribed to EarthPoint to batch convert my TSR into Lat/Longs. I feel like there has to be a way to do this in GIS without having to pay for it. Any idea how?
If you have spatially referenced data you can create two fields in your table and use Calculate Geometry to get XY
From the STR polygon layer, you can create centroid points, reproject to WGS (if not already in a geographic coordinate system), then, add x,y data.
