Problems with Export Web Map Task/ESRI hosted Basemaps

In my application, I am having trouble printing ESRI hosted basemaps using the Export Web Map Task on my ArcGIS Server.  In the app, I have a variety of basemaps available, some custom - hosted on my server and some from ESRI (World Topo and Imagery).  Printing only works when services from my ArcGIS Server are in the map.  If I turn on the Topo map or the Imagery map, I get the following error:

{"error":{"code":400,"message":"Unable to complete operation.","details":["Error executing tool.: Layer \"layer0\": Unable to connect to map server at http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer.\nFailed to execute (Export Web Map).\nFailed to execute (Export Web Map Task)."]}}

The above error shows an issue with the World_Topo_Map, but the same problem occurs with the Imagery map.

Initially I assumed this was a proxy issue - the first time I saw this, I wasn't using a proxy in my app.  I have since set up a proxy page (I think correctly) but still get the same exact error when printing hosted services from services.arcgisonline.com.  Below is the request URL generated, proving that the proxy is being used.  The error is identical to the error above:

http://summitmaps.summitoh.net/proxy/proxy.ashx?http://summitmaps.summitoh.net/arcgis/rest/services/...

I searched the forums for a while and couldn't find much related to the issue I am having.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on here?

Any help is much appreciated!

Ryan

Could you solve this problem? The url you shared seems to work now.

I have the same problem with the Export Web Map Task. Do you know how to resolve it?

Okan,

You're right, I do have things working again, but I can't take credit.  I haven't done anything with my ArcGIS Server, but the issue has gone away.  Not sure what changed but I am not convinced I won't see the issue again.  I will continue to research.  Sorry I am of no help!
