I use the Collector App with our ArcOnline account. I have numerous techs in the field collecting data and we would like to be able to use the "Collect Here" option when an existing feature is selected. It seems as though editing must be disabled for that existing feature in order for the "Collect Here" option to appear. Is that correct?
I am also needing to know more about the ability to collect data offline. Is it correct that all features must be editable in order to be able to sync the data?
