GeoForm app hosted on arcgis.com - i18n error

Hi,

When someone is trying to open a GeoForm application that is hosted on arcgis.com (GeoForm‌) and is connecting from some location in Poland, the app won't load (freeze at the loading screen), because the JavaScript returns an error 404, saying that polish translation file could not be found. (http://www.arcgis.com/apps/GeoForm/js/nls/pl/resources.js).

In the github repo of the project, this file is present and when hosted locally, the app works good.

The problem is a missing translation file. You can download the fix for this here: https://github.com/Esri/geoform-template-js

However, in order to use this fix, you will need to host the application on your own web server.

The current plan is to fix this in our next release in December.
