anyone get this message when using collector to access Portal?
can you provide more detail. At what point is collector timing out. When you open, load a map or enter a point etc...?
when i attempt to sign in. Collector successfully validates I have the correct web address for Portal, then I sign in and it times out. I have used mutliple logins all with the same result 'The request timed out'

Yes I can connect to Portal via my browser on the tablet.
It’s the latest version of Collector
I assume you are on Android?
Via your browser, login to the Portal and then click "My Organisation"
Look for your Name.
Confirm your Username
Use the exact Username as the login via the app.
See what happens.
The obvious stuff ie using the correct login is not the issue. It goes deeper than that.

What messages are in the Portal logs / Fiddler trace?
