I am using ArcGIS Server 10.1 and using the new Print Template functionality. The only problem is I have grid squares as a vector layer (esri.layers.ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer) which can be turned on and off in the legend and when I print using a template with a grid and ticks on the map display they don't align on the resultant PDF, even though they do when looking in the Layout view in ArcMap.
The grid set in the Data Frame Properties is British National Grid (27700) and the Grid Squares layer is in British National Grid (27700) and the template MXD data frame projection is British National Grid (27700). The MXD which I am using to create the web map version is projected using WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere (3857) but I have applied the transformation in the Data frame.
Any ideas? I have attached two screen shots for you to see the error.
