The quality of mosaic gets worse when published (without caching),

In the screenshot below, there is comparison between the quality of original mosaic and its published version (without caching).

Why the mosaic gets worse as it is published?

Thank you

Best

Hi Jamal,

Did you load the imagery into the mosaic dataset using UNC paths? i.e. \\servername\folder

When you zoom into a large scale, the raw imagery is accessed.  If you loaded the rasters using absolute paths, and ArcGIS Server is on a separate machine than the imagery, the ArcGIS Server machine will search for the imagery using the absolute path (i.e. D:\images).  This absolute path may not exist on the ArcGIS Server machine.  Try using UNC paths if you used absolute paths.

Thanks Jake,

This issue is never related to the path as the mosaic is reading the raw images from other folder on the same C:\ drive

What other issues should I consider?
