I have requirement for drawing a free hand polygon on the ESRI Map. So that the selected area should display the corresponding city and state.
Currently we are integrating ESRI in a Business Intelligence tool called MicroStrategy. MicroStrategy 9.4.1 HF3 has some inbuilt esri related javascript files. It uses arcgis java script 2.4 version. We are tweaking the same to make this work. If anybody has any idea on this please let us know how to implement.
