Identify Widget has stopped working

Hi

We have a website built in WebAppBuilder Developer 2-10 and all of a sudden, the Identify Widget has stopped working - it allows you to select the method and dray the shape to delimit the area in which to identify feature, but then it just hangs with the progress bar moving.  I have gone back to the saved version rather than the deployed one and it does the same. It also happens on both Chrome and IE.

Does anyone know why this may be happening when it worked perfectly before?

I have managed to solve this. It turns out one of the map services that was specifically listed in the Identify widget had corrupted and was not working. Republishing the service resolved the issue
