How to open the timeslider widget at startup of application? Web AppBuilder.

Where do we program the application to open the timeslider widget at startup of application?

Click on the little orange dot in the lower left of the widget configuration icon. It will turn green and be open when the app loads.

Thanks for your response.  We are hosting the application locally, and not able to click on the little orange dot anymore through Esri's initial web appbuilder and configuration process. 

Is there any code we can add to the configuration files to open the widget at startup?

"openAtStart": true does not seem to work and using the Panel Manager opens a blank panel, rather than the widget and timeslider elements.
