In my 3D scene, how can I define "elevationInfo" for a MapImageLayer (send by the server) so it will not be occluded (hidden) under a integrated-mesh layer, but be above it?
A FeatureLayer has "elevationInfo" property to define its height,
but MapImageLayer is composed of several SubLayer, and they have not this property...
SInce we use integrated-mesh to display the buildings etc., it "covers" the MapImageLayer...
