Enhanced Search Widget multiple icon links in popup

How does one get multiple link icons (configured in the enhanced search widget) to display side by side at the bottom of popup (as they do in the results pane of widget), instead of having to scroll to each individual icon?  Red marks in image show where I'd like links to display. I'm guessing it may require removing the link text from the popup.
