Control zoom in WAB

Is there a way to pass into a zoom level or position into an WAB app via the app URL? Similar to what you can do in Survey123 and Collector.

Also, is there a way to open a particular web map in the WAB app via URL?

But my app is stored on my own web server

That does not change a thing.

So if my domain is this: www.example.com and my app is stored at directory /app... i can build my link like this: www.example.com/app&query=census_8491, OBJECTID,1

Is that correct?

It worked. Had to use ? instead of &

  Ah, missed that you had & instead of ?. If you don't know the difference and reasoning for those in the url the ? is always used before the first url parameter and the & is used for the second and greater url parameters.
