Hello Karen, Thank you sharing the sample. Whenever we have overlapping feature parts, the symbology of the feature part created later (highest ObjectID) will be visible. That resulted in the typical symbology issue you just faced. A solid color symbology of HBP didn't allow you to see the symbology of INT OWND (which actually existed). On the other hand, the hashed symbology of the INT OWND (on top) still allowed you to see the symbols of HBP beneath them. So, I have two workarounds. Workaround-1 (Preferred): Define a non-solid symbology for HBP as well (see screenshot below). JayantaPoddar_0-1630078894125.png Workaround-2 (Less Preferred): If you want to keep the HBP symbology as solid color, then you need to sort the layer based on the Status field in ascending order. This will put the INT OWND values on top. So, you will be able to see both the values. * Note: This tool will change the order of the records (Feature parts) in the shapefile. That's why I mentioned it as a less preferred method. JayantaPoddar_1-1630078894139.png

Please check if Domain to Table works for you. You could then export the table to Excel, if required.

First, you could Sort by ObjectID field in descending. Then try doing a Delete Identical. You could add them in a Model Builder, and create a model.

The issue could be due to the timeout setting of the services. How many points do you have? You could use a smaller subset of points for intersection. Or a smaller selection of flood hazard areas for export. According to USA Flood Hazard Areas , you could Use as an input to geoprocessing. For example, copy features allows you to select then export portions of the data to a new feature class. Areas up to 1,000-2,000 features can be exported successfully.

Where is the data stored? Shapefiles, File GDB or Enterprise GDB? Could you export the data to a different path/ File GDB? Open a new project, and add the data. Does the issue persist for the newly created data source as well?

I can reproduce the issue in my system as well. Please contact Esri Technical Support to check if this is an existing bug. If not, they will log a new bug. * I don't have a previous version to test the same. Here is another observation though. The "Undo Rotate Data Frame" works if you interactively rotate the data frame from the "Data Frame tools" toolbar (1st tool). And the Undo button says "Undo Rotate Data Frame" instead of "Undo Data Frame Properties". Again, changing the rotation value by defining the value (In Data Frame Tools) can't be undone by Undo button. JayantaPoddar_0-1630009365236.png

Have you checked the probable solutions mentioned in Problem: Pop-ups do not display the attribute information in ArcGIS Pro? If yes, then you could restart ArcGIS Pro/ your system, and try again.

On clicking "Full Extent", do you see the same Map extent (as the screenshot)? If yes, could you check if there are redundant overlapping polygons? You could use Find Identical tool. Select field "Shape".

If I reproject the layer to GCS_WGS_1984, the buffer works fine with PLANAR method as well. This brings the following statement to my notice. According to Buffer (Analysis), For PLANAR method If the input features have a projected coordinate system, Euclidean buffers will be created. If the input features have a geographic coordinate system and you specify a Buffer Distance value in linear units (meters, feet, and so forth, as opposed to angular units such as degrees), geodesic buffers will be created. Since the current layer is in Projected Coordinate System, I asked to use Geodesic method.
