Did your individual account get the status of a public account (usually happens after 30 days of expiry of your subscription)? According to Activating Subscription - ArcGIS Online , "If you already have a public account, sign in with your existing account. If your existing public account owns content, sign up for a separate, new account instead. (You can transfer ownership of your items to the organization by inviting your public account to join later.)".

Meanwhile, could you try the following options? 1. Close all applications. Restart your system. 2. Try opening the APRX file from a fresh ArcGIS Pro instance? Project > Open. Also 3. Save As the project to a new location, and try opening the newly saved file. 4. Share as Project Package. Then extract the package .

The formula considers the bands to be atmospherically corrected (L2A bands). First you need to do an atmospheric correction using Sen2Cor (Check page No. 63, for the download option). 1. After download, extract the zip file in desired folder (no space in folderpath). 2. From Command Prompt, change directory to the extracted folder. Then execute a similar command as follows. L2A_Process.bat --resolution 10 <Input Raster Folder path till *.SAFE folder> This process may take a while. Next, Add the desired bands from the newly created *L2A* folder (R10m subfolder) to ArcGIS Pro. Use these bands for the calculation as follows. (2.5 * ("L2A_B08" - "L2A_B04") / (("L2A_B08" + 6.0 * "L2A_B04" - 7.5 * "L2A_B02") + 1.0))/10000 *My Area of Interest (here) is a desert with sparse vegetation.

Does your original script return any count at all? Please check with 10 miles of buffer distance. If it doesn't, there is issue with the script.

You could install ArcGIS License Manager 2021.0, and authorize the latest ArcGIS Pro license(s). You should still be able to fetch the license from ArcGIS Pro 2.2 and work with it. * I would highly recommend you to upgrade ArcGIS Pro to the latest version as well, to avail the latest functionalities (unless there is a business need).

Could you check if Suggest Operation is enabled in Service Editor (ArcGIS Server Manager)? You can enable or disable this operation by accessing the Capabilities tab of the Service Editor in ArcGIS Server Manager. Unfortunately, I don't have an ArcGIS Enterprise to test.

According to Combine multiple locators into a composite locator - ArcGIS Pro If the participating locators in a local composite locator are created using the Create Locator or Create Feature Locator tools, the composite locator returns suggestions from those locators in the Locate pane. Participating locators created with the Create Address Locator tool do not return suggestions by a composite locator that is stored in a file folder.
