Thank you for the clarification. It seems ArcGIS Online doesn't have a WMS Server of its own, yet. It just registers a WMS Service that is hosted in a different WMS Server. ​Hi Matthew, Case-1 If you want the pastures irrespective of how big they are. 1. Convert the Raster to vector (Unless you have Vectors of the same). 2. Export the pastures and river features to different layers. 3. Project—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS for Desktop OR You could define a Projected coordinate system to new data frame, add the layer using appropriate transformation method.
