Hi Dean,  NPS has over 1,100 datasets: https://public-nps.opendata.arcgis.com  Washington, DC has over 900: http://opendata.dc.gov/  Parcels are probably the largest data that people publish on ArcGIS Open Data. I recommend filing a ticket with support so they can get to the bottom of the errors you're seeing.  Additionally, I noticed that you're on a very old version of the Open Data app. Do you have plans to upgrade soon?
