Have you looked at the Fill tool? The key is z limit and choosing the proper limit.

Are you opening the scenes on a different computer? Since you are using a USB then I guess probably. I would consider remaking the scene, be sure you are saving relative paths and then try it again. There have been issues if you are using TINs with AMD/Radeon video cards, which may be part of the issue. What you are encountering could be video card related or perhaps path to data related. That is where I would start.

Why not create a terrain or TIN with the data used as softlines? That may work if your area is rather large and fails in the Topo to Raster tool. You can then convert the TIN or Terrain to a raster if necessary.

Whenever you need a mosaic dataset you need the Image Server extension per the help. I have ArcGIS for Server only. You can only publish raster datasets and layer files that reference raster datasets. I am not sure how to explain why some tools require certain licenses.

I would recommend the Contour with Barriers tool to specify the option to generate index contours. This will add a field to the contour file. Then you can actually see the fields with the different contours.

It appears from your message that there appears to be an issue with your license if you are receiving the license message. In terms of your other error, usually multipoint files are created in a feature dataset within a geodatabase. I would recommend making the output a feature dataset within a geodatabase.

What happens if you change the value? Can you see the radius being recognized at all? What about if you run it outside of the model will it work correctly? Also if you are desiring the surrounding 500 feet, you might need to change since you have meters in the data frame.

There are the following stats that can be added: Z ??Surface elevation interpolated for the XY location of each single-point feature. Z_MIN ??Lowest surface elevation in the area defined by the polygon, along the length of a line, or among the interpolated values for points in a multipoint record. Z_MAX ??Highest surface elevation in the area defined by the polygon, along the length of a line, or among the interpolated values for points in a multipoint record. Z_MEAN ??Average surface elevation of the area defined by the polygon, along the length of a line, or among the interpolated values for points in a multipoint record. SURFACE_AREA ??3D surface area for the region defined by each polygon. SURFACE_LENGTH ??3D distance of the line along the surface. MIN_SLOPE ??Slope value closest to zero along the line or within the area defined by the polygon. MAX_SLOPE ??Highest slope value along the line or within the area defined by the polygon. AVG_SLOPE ??Average slope value along the line or within the area defined by the polygon. The 'Add Value' button does not appear to have an effect and is not listed in the help as being active. If you would like additional ones added to this list, then I would suggest making that an 'idea' on the ArcGIS Ideas page. With enough support, the enhancement could possibly be considered.

The z units are most likely meters and your UTM should also be meters, unless they have been modified. Have you tried ground truthing against known elevations like benchmarks? As long as the units are the same you should be fine and a z factor will not be necessary. If you have feet elevations then the issue will still occur.

You can resample the raster DEM or DSM to achieve the different cell resolutions, but in terms of mixing them I am not sure how. When you look at any raster there is one cell size for it, so I am not sure what you are looking to achieve. Perhaps you could burn in the DSM that is coarser into the DEM if that is the case, that way the finer resolution can account for the coarser. In this case the larger features can be made up of smaller cells of the finer resolution.

Consider the use of inline variables to modify and harvest the name of the raster. Perhaps using the Calculate Value tool in Model Builder to modify it if necessary.

Depends on your 'conversion' step, if you wanted to put them all together, you could have simply used the mosaic to new raster or depending on your version of ArcMap use a Mosaic Dataset. If the 'conversion' did not involve the Copy Raster tool or export, then you might have invalidated the rasters in the process. If you want more specific help, then I recommend contacting Esri Support.
