Hello, Anyone who could help me understand why most often i encounter "dojo error" when the basemap use is a satellite/imagery? Is this a known issue when using the said basemap? I've been dealing on this problem for quite sometime now though retrying on loading the basemap in our Web App normally work but still I wanted to know what would probably causing this so I can prevent it. Thanks in advance. Jessiecar

Hi, anyone who knows about the match score required for each State? I'm currently using 80 as the standard for every geocoding process but it seems that there should be some States or Cities that require higher score than 80. Any idea or suggestion where I could get this information? Thanks!

Hi Oskar, I've been trying to correct projection of these misaligned images and still it didn't go to the right place. For the topo maps without the basemap, yes, it looks like they are aligned correctly to each other. What I we noticed in these set of maps is that most of those misaligned images are those in below 90's while higher years are correct.

I Am uncertain on that Oskar. I am thinking that there could be an issue with the projection. if that is the case, do you know how i could correct this with re-georeferencing each images? My sample incorrect image is a Topo Maps in Hawaii. It has Old Hawaiian as th datum. Also, checking in the spatial reference on the properties, it uses Polyconic. i am a bit confuse with what's the real issue on these map images.

Thank you for the information Kishor. I am currently looking and reviewing on a topographic maps for HI and creating mosaic dataset or a raster catalog, the images is still misaligned. The mosaic dataset and/or raster catalog that I am recreating should be using "WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxilliary sphere)" and the maps that I have are mostly in "Old Hawaiian". I'm seeing some issues about this projection in forums but I can't figure out how can I correct this or what should I do to correct this to fit in accordingly in the basemap. The Spatial Reference as I've checked on the properties are "Polyconic" and/or "Transverse Mercator".

Unfortunately, No. Honestly speaking, I'm not familiar in Erdas or Envi. I'll take a look on Image Management Workflows | ArcGIS Resource Center and see if I could understand this one and if this will work on me. I have actually tried "Project Raster Tool" in ArcToolBox and also changing the spatial reference by right clicking the rater catalog in the ArcMap Catalog window > Properties > XY Coordinate system tab. Unfortunately, both didn't work as how I wanted it. Images is going in different place but never fall in the right location. Thank you so much Robert. I really appreciate your inputs and would be very glad to hear more about this concern if you find anything else that might help me resolve this issue. Thanks!

I am uncertain yet with the exact number of aerial images but definitely I will have a thousands of images since it will be covering different States. I need to have an image service for a web application.

Hi Robert, Thanks for spending time in joining this discussion. To answer your question, Yes, have tried both, raster catalog and mosaic dataset and working a few images, it looks good but my worry is that once I have added thousands of images to the raster catalog/mosaic dataset, how could I verify that every single images are in the right position. Is there a way to validate multiple images at once? Thanks again.

Okay. I have multiple Topo Maps in a raster catalog. These maps are already georeferenced when the raster catalog is created. Upon reviewing, there are number of maps that has incorrect position. I know regeorefencing would address my issue but I don't think it is workable if I have to do it with hundreds or thousand of map images. How did I know that it was incorrect? I overlay it in a basemap and try to review if it will fit in the same location. Location is not that far from the expected position but clients would definitely notice the difference. What I need to know and learn is how I could correct these hundreds or thousand map images without re-georeferencing coz I have a very limited time to do it for the client. Is there a way to resolve this? I would really appreciate if you could help me and share what you know about this. Thank you so much Mahtab Alam.

I already have georeferenced aerial images and i need to mosaic those multiple images. I know the process of mosaicking using raster catalog but I am uncertain as to how i could verify that the position of said images are correct. Thanks for answering Ian.
