It looks like in the latest version, they've deprecated the LayerInfo and LayerInfos classes.  This is a non-negligible change, and wouldn't be surprised if it affects several widgets.  This likely won't be a quick fix, but I'll start taking a look at it; Personally, I'll likely be staying at 2.5 until something really neat comes out in a future release of the WAB. ... Hey Bobby, quick question; If you open that 'Add dynamic layer' window and press the F12 key to open your browser's developer console, and paste the address to your MapServer into the Service URL field, and then exit the field so that it fails, do any error messages pop up in the console? ...
