Hi Josh, I understand that you can now access the maps and license through MyEsri. Please let us know if that isn't the case.

Hi Josh, For getting you access to the Navigator maps within MyEsri (so that you can register them with your Portal) - we just need to get your user access to your license. They you'll be able to see and download them in MyEsri. Can you please email me at ssandusky@esri.com so that i can coordinate this with our Customer Service team? thanks, Scott

The actual route or stop list itself won't be large at all, minimal file size. The thing to consider would be the navigation map that you download ahead of time. You can see the available Navigator maps and associated file sized in the below link. Does that answer? http://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=5f430cab7f2b4cb5926bb9fe4e054ecc

Hello Max, Your Portal Admin can configure your Portal to use the ArcGIS Online Network Analysis services, so that you don't have to manage and maintain a network dataset. It's described here: About utility services—Portal for ArcGIS (10.5) | ArcGIS Enterprise Also, ArcGIS Pro is really designed for consuming and using these services, I'd recommend trying that app out for your network analysis. The ribbon tools work the same whether you're using online or local data. For a local network dataset, I'd recommend using StreetMap Premium, but that's an additional purchase. There are some open source transportation datasets out there (many local govts make them available), some with prebuilt networks, some without - but keep in mind that the quality of the data has an immediate impact on the routing result.

Ivan, Today we have released an update to Navigator for ArcGIS on Android. This 2.0.1 update corrects a bug that can prevent Navigator from logging into a Portal that does not allow anonymous access.

Hello Andy, Great question. Today you can pass Navigator a stop list using the URL Scheme (link below), and the sequence of stops can be honored. This method does re-calculate the route geometry and directions on the Navigator device. Beyond that, we have plans in 2017 to support pre-planned routes, where a route can be created within ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Server, and then Navigator users can connect to, and use that route geometry. This is something that we are planning for in the near future. GitHub - Esri/navigator-integration: Multi Language repository that contains documentation and sample code for creating …

Hello Pan gis, The best way to deal with this is through Esri Technical Support. Can you please submit this through our Tech Support team, so that the data errors can be understood completely, logged, and tracked? Once logged through Support, the data errors will be communicated and fixed with the appropriate data vendor (HERE, TomTom, or INCRIMENTP), and then show up in the StreetMap Premium data product. Hello Amit, Today Navigator does not use real-time traffic. It uses historical traffic that is based off of the current time. Historic traffic is derived from historic data, and averaged for example say, what traffic flow for a typical Monday at 5:00 would look like. The above answer presumes that you are using the navigation maps that come with Navigator. If you create your own navigation maps, then of course, it is completely dependent on how your model your street network.

Hello Ivan, When you license Navigator and receive a entitlements file for your Portal, it is for deployment with one Portal. Using that same entitlements file in multiple Portals would be against the licensing terms of use. The inconsistency across iOS and Android leads me to believe something isn't right - let me/us try to reproduce and get back to you...
