Hi, When I share a web map containing 30 layers in Arc Pro to Portal it splits the data into 3 map image layers. The data is referenced, if I copy it, it creates just one map image layer, but I need it reference as it's updated often. How do I get it to create just one map image layer with all my layers, as it'll be confusing for users with all these groups in the one web map. Thanks Rachel

Josh, thank you so much. I added the field year_ into Survey123 and just sent a test and it successfully updated the year field.. Now to update all my dashboards with year options. Thanks again for such a comprehensive reply. Rachel

Hi, I'd like to create a year selector on the dashboard using a date field I have. Can this be done or do I need to create a year field in Survey123 connect. If I do how do I do that and ensure it's hidden. Thanks Rachel

Over a year on and there is still no fix for this. 25% of my records have the username as blank. It's a pretty redundant field if you can depend on it to work reliably.

I've followed the above steps and that fixed the duplicates. But does the enable editing and sync need to be switched on all the time? I'd prefer they were off, however when I switch them off again the duplicates seem to return.

Can the Survey123 app consume the default basemaps of Portal that are not web mercator? I can't them to show at all.

Have others been successful in getting other projections to work in the basemaps of Survey123 field app? I have TM_65_Irish Grid (WK29902) basemaps but none will show. I can only get basemaps that have web mercator projection to show in the basemaps. I'm using the latest versions. I assume from this link only web mercator offline basemaps work but what about basemaps taken from the basemap gallery of Portal? Prepare basemaps for offline use—ArcGIS Survey123 | Documentation

I've tried all of the above, get the message in different browsers. My users have to reload the page 2/3 times for the layers to load. I have SSL enabled. The layers only contain about 100 features. At a loss how to fix it!

Hi, Has anyone found a solution to this? I've the same problem it's creating copies of the same record up to 4/5 times in the view in Portal 10.7.

Hi James, My field staff could have potentially up to 30 forms , so that's a lot of scrolling through. It would be very useful if surveys could be added to folders/categories so on the homepage would be thumbnails of the folders e.g. Inspections, Logs, etc. Then when the user clicks Inspections all the survey forms appear. I have one project for example called Habitat Improvement Schemes, where they will records Points, lines and Polygons to marks out areas. I'm thinking rather than 3 separate survey123 forms would it be better to add the these to Collector? Thanks Rachel

Only 6 surveys at a time appear in the My Surveys page before the user scrolls down. Is there any way to display more? Like can the thumbnail be removed and only show the text, or can surveys be grouped into categories? My users are going to have a lot of surveys. Thanks Rachel
