Something like this could be done with a data expression. With that said, any type of on-the-fly geometry intersection (etc) could slow performance if done on large datasets or with complex polygon geometries.

Pan and Zoom and Flash Feature have been supported actions for a while. The June 2022 update of ArcGIS Dashboards included an enhancement where elements with categories based on grouped values can now target maps with pan, zoom, and flash actions.

The actions configuration Ux has been updated since this request was made. It is now much easier to select multiple targets. There is no 'select all' option, and if that is required please submit a separate request.

@KateHand For the June release, we had to change the code library that parses strings (and numbers) into dates. There are situations where the previous library was much more 'forgiving', and a chart that has always worked might start showing No Data, or weird results like what is below. With the new library, the serial chart's config settings must match the data and you might be able to get things working again by simply changing the parsing pattern. Note: When changing the above to 'yyyy' on my testing dashboard, I noted that the chart did not update correctly and appeared to be empty/blank. This is another small issue for us (i.e. preview not updating correctly). Simply clicking done (to finish the configuration) worked around the problem. @CoHBurkeThompson Your issue might be something different. Is it still a problem? If so, you might want to create a Support ticket to get to the bottom of things.

@SNRC I see where you are coming from. We did not implement something as robust as Excel's PivotTable™ functionality on our new table element. What we implemented addresses this aspect of the original ask: How great would it be to see a table of all of your inspections sorted by type and summarized by a count/sum/average on one or more fields. When marking this idea as implemented, I felt that this aligned with the most literal/generic definition of a pivot table, which speaks to the idea of aggregating rows within one (or more) discrete categories, and the summary for each category is provided via and aggregation function like sum, average, count, etc. You are correct that in our table element, the config options allow for only one category field. If you want to use more, doing the data grouping in a data expression might work for you. If you'd like to see some enhancements made to our table element (e.g. to match more capabilities of PivotTable like drilling down to details), please feel free to create new ideas. That way, they can be reviewed and voted on by the community.
