Operations Dashboard: Active Widget Menu Keeps Changing

When a widgets drop-down menu overlaps another widget, as you move your mouse down to where the second widget begins, the second widgets menu becomes active. This means you cannot select any menu items that overhang another widget without resizing the widget so the menu doesn't overhang.

It doesn't happen often, but when it does its annoying! Also if you are not deleting the widget, you don't want to keep resizing widgets just to copy them, for example.

In the example below, when you hover your mouse over the 'bin' icon, the menu for the widget below will pop-up. You cannot delete this widget without resizing it first. Please fix this to keep the widget menu active until you move your mouse away and select another widgets menu.
