Hi, I am having an issue with read only fields. I have a select_one/read only field with a default value and when i create or edit a survey, I am able to edit that field. Is this expected behavior? I checked both the iOs and Windows version of Survey123 2.0. Thanks Maria

Thanks. I was able to get the script to run successfully with the same survey but published in AGO and syncing to a FGDB. I noticed the editor tracking fields created when publishing the survey on AGO are different.than the ones created when publishing to Portal for ArcGIS with an ArcGIS Data Store. This is a little challenging considering that I have no way to control that. So I think my issues are related to publishing my survey in Portal for ArcGIS and trying to sync data from the ArcGIS Data Store. This is a requirement for us so I will try to change the python script to see if I can make it work.

Thanks James. I was able to get passed that error but now I am running into this other error. I am trying to sync to an empty FGDB FAIL: Updating Tables exception: FieldMap: Error in adding input field to field map [u'FieldMap: Error in adding input field to field map'] <type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'> 572 Also, my goal is to sync my survey123 data to an oracle SDE GDB. There is a 30 character limit for Oracle feature classes and table names and the SurveyGDB names are too long. Would I have to make significant amount of changes to the script to get this script to work with Oracle? Thanks Maria

Hi, I am trying to use this tool and haven't been successful so far. I have tried with both FGDB and SDE and get the same error. Any ideas? I am running the script on ArcCatalog 10.5. Thanks

I am using survey 123 to collect main breaks on our water system. We have a gdb with about 9000 points that we would like to be part of the survey123 main break database. Is there any way to load pre existing points to the survey 123 feature layer?

I recently upgraded my iPad to iOS 10 and noticed the "My Location" button is not working on my WAB app. Other people experiencing the same issue? Thanks, Maria

Hi, I recently updated to Collector 10.4 and found a potential bug. We have a web map with three layers and three related tables. The related tables have text fields that our field staff often use in their data collection. Field staff can create records with no problem, add text to text fields and save. They can edit and change the text but if they want to clear the field (delete everything on that text field) they cannot click 'Done'. Users need to leave a character or a space to be able to save their edits. Is this a known bug? Thanks Maria

Hi, I configured a web mapping app using WAB dev edition 2.0 and when I open it on the iPad, I don't get the choice to restore map extent and layer visibility from the last session. It works on desktop but not the iPad. Any ideas on why this could be happening? Thanks Maria

Hi, I am trying to add this widget to my web application but I am getting errors when I try using it. I can successfully configure the widget on WAB 2.0. I can save multiple sessions on the app however, when I go from one saved session to another, the application slows down significantly to the point the my ArcGIS Server service stops responding. When the service finally responds, the application displays all the layers available regardless of the layer visibility setup in the map service. The application continues having performance issues until i refresh the browser and remove the saved sessions. I don't experience any performance issues once I remove this widget from the app. Ideas? Maria

I am still experiencing this issue. The hyperlink shows in blue but nothing happens when I click on it in Collector. I have the most recent version of Collector.

Jarom, I customized my scales and it fixes the problem. It is not a solution for our company because we need to be able to zoom in at at least 1:141 but if you don't need to zoom in closer than 1;1128 maybe try customizing your scales in WAB. So basically what happens is even though ESRI's basemap cache has all those larger scales available, there are no tiles at those scales for your area. Only certain cities actually have tiles at those scales. So instead of showing a message on the map when you zoom in to larger scales saying "map data not yet available", the web app crashes. I tried ESRI's Imagery, Streets and Topographic and they crash. The only one that works for us is the Light Gray Canvas. Maria
