Give this a shot: Geocode services—Documentation | ArcGIS for Server Once you create your Geocoder, you can remove the default ones in the portal admin page.

Also, did you license Portal, you need to run the Software Authorization license tool.

You can setup and ad-hoc connection over USB to your device to achieve this now. Windows: iPhone Connecting to Internet Using Windows PC's Network through USB Cable - SysTutorials Mac: Reverse Tether over Bluetooth PAN. On a Mac, creating a Bluetooth PAN is a useful way to share a Wi-Fi Internet connection your Mac is connected to. This is useful when you can’t get your iPhone or iPad online via Wi-Fi — perhaps you only have a single login to the network and you can only have one device online at a time. This often happens on hotel Wi-Fi networks. To do this, open the Sharing panel in the System Preferences window, tell your Mac you want to share its Wi-Fi connection, and select Bluetooth. Pair your iPhone or iPad with the computer via Bluetooth and it’ll gain access to the Internet through the Bluetooth connection. (How to Reverse Tether an iPhone or iPad to Your PC or Mac )

That's a really great option going forward, I can see all kinds on scenarios where you'd want to have a secure external WA using IWA and an internal one for viewing only. Kudos to Esri for allowing this model.

I agree with Paul. AGS can also only have multiple WA's if you do not federate. Unless something has changed, portal cannot be configured with Multiple WA's. Derek Law, your thoughts?

I think to get the duel login option, you have to use ADFS/SAML, Otherwise it just passes the creds from IWA.

We've used SAML authentication against Portal for some time, Collector, Survey123 and Explorer all work fine from Android and iOS. We have not used any Windows Mobile 10 products yet.

I have setup an input to monitor a feature service for new records. Then it sends an email. Everything is working fine until I add an email address with a hyphen in the domain. Is this a known issue with GeoEvent, is there a work-around?

You can enable both https and http for ArcGIS Server: ArcGIS Help 10.1 . Are you planning on making this externally accessible? If not, just setup your 10.1 instance as a http/https, allowing both communication types, and just map your connection in portal to the HTTPS. You don't even need a web adapter to do this, you'll just map to https://server.yourinternaldomain:6443/arcgis. Steps from 10.1 help: Log in to the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory: http://gisserver:6080/arcgis/admin. Navigate to security > config > update. For the Protocol parameter, choose the HTTPS Only option then click Update. Your ArcGIS Server site is automatically restarted. In a developer environment, you may also choose to use the HTTP and HTTPS option. With this option, users will be able to access ArcGIS Server through either HTTP or HTTPS.

I would run it in mixed mode and just map everything to the HTTPS connection if it were me. It would avoid potential issues for your end users that way. And I agree with Randall Williams 100%, you should be using HTTPS/SSL for everything. It takes very little to setup a domain CA and add it to the trusted servers for Portal or to push a Self-Signed certificate through Windows, for the small amount of inconvenience, it's just not worth the risks.
