For some reason all of my layers now show Geodatabase tables and relationship classes? Does this have something to do with Survey123? How do I fix this, I thought the tables and everything were all built into a single feature layer? Thanks, picture attached

I was thinking the master feature class. Do you have a recommendation to do the form feature class itself? I have created a survey independently then attached an URL in the pop-up to the survey while auto-generating the ASSET ID I have created. I simply want a green halo or something to go around the hydrant to mark it has been flushed. I am wanting the easiest workflow for the water operator's, which I thought if possible would be to have a "Yes/No" question in the form that says hydrant has successfully been flushed with that somehow linking to the master feature class. I want all the other data to stay within the survey form itself. If it is much easier to do it for the form feature class itself, and have a separate web-map with just hydrants I will do that. Do you have to create the Survey123 form from an existing feature layer (that I would create beforehand -- a hydrant flushing feature layer)? Thanks Doug.

Thanks Doug, I figured out the attribute pop-up; however, still stumped on how to get the points/icons to change color based on if the survey has been completed or not. Here are my questions, I will try to be brief and to the point. 1.) I know Survey123 can autogenerate existing attribute infromation into the survey form itself, can this work backwards? As in have a question at the end of the survey stating "Hydrant Flushed/Not Flushed" that automatically inputs into a field in the geodatabase table? Or do you have to do that manually in Collector? 2.) My understanding is you're simply using a field that says if the action has been performed or not and symbolizing (Categorizing) the data based on this field. Thanks so much.

What is the most effective way to get photo attachments from the Trimble Geo7x to save as attachments in ArcGIS Online webmap? The Geo7x is unfortunately not compatible with Collector at this time.. Thank you all.

Hi Doug can you share the post/link to the workflow connecting all using Relationship classes? All I really need to do is get my fire hydrants to change color from red to green once the "Flushing Survey" has been finished. Furthermore, is it possible to have both the attribute information show in pop up and the custom attribute URL? I was hoping to have all the attribute information showing and then URL links to different forms (Hydrant flushing and Hydrant Maintenance below) --> Pictures provided (able to merge the 2). THANKS! [I know I may just have to keep the maps separate for flushing and overall map, but I have concerns with having multiple maps etc.. although is there a benefit to this since Survey123 generates a web-map automatically when you publish?]

Hello everybody, Resolved: Called ESRI Support, we found that having 2 constants gave the equation a 0 and I had to multiply the constants together. Is there a way around this? 29.84*.90*pow(${Outlet_Size}, 2)*sqrt(${Pitot_Pressure}) turned into 26.856*pow(${Outlet_Size}, 2)*sqrt(${Pitot_Pressure})

Hey everybody, I have been using ArcGIS Pro for a bit and am finally in the process of getting everything on AGOL and utilizing collaboration efforts from different locations. I have a few questions, I appreciate all feedback. 1.) Once all my web layers are published from my file geodatabase, is there any use of still using a geodatabase? I know everything between using Collector and AGOL will save within the web layers and not touch the geodatabase right? 2.) What's the best SOP to backup AGOL layers in case something bad happens? Is there any automatic way to set this to download the web layers to a local source? Do you all prefer exporting data into GEOJSON's or does simply hitting the download button for AGOL map easier/better? (Source: How To: Back up content in ArcGIS Online ) Thank you all! -Adam

I am going to be working with multiple water systems and will end up using the same features and want to have static schemas/domain rules for each feature in separate geodatabases. What is the easiest workflow to do this? I thought maybe just copying the feature into a new database and deleting all the attribute data in it, but I fear this will cause some kind of problems. Thank you all.

Yeah contours probably will be the best way, it would be an amazing feature to be able to see current elevation wherever you're at though. Thanks Robert.

Is it possible to see what your current elevation is in collector? I have used the "Add Geometry Attributes" to include z values of all assets, but I was wanting the ability to see elevation of where a field worker is standing so they can see the elevation difference between themselves and the asset. I was thinking could download a DEM as a basemap, but didn't know how you could view the elevation from that. If not, is there an external application that could say what the elevation is where you are at on an ipad? Appreciate any recommendations!

I use a Trimble R2 unit to collect GPS locations with ArcPad, and did not enable Z value when creating the feature classes. When post-processing the data, I saw the points did still gather elevation data; however, it does not appear in my attribute table when adding geometry attributes (only X and Y). So, I created a new feature and enabled Z value, then imported all the data from the other feature into this feature. Unfortunately, when using the tool "add geometry attributes" I got the same Z value for all the features. Is there anyway to retroactively get these Z values to appear in my attribute table? This is for over 1,000 features. Thank you all.

Hey Lance, I discovered somehow there was points collected from my office that is hours away from where I collected the majority of my data. Could these few points being so far away from the rest throw off the accuracy of the rest of the points? It actually kinda would make sense since my office is NW from the site visit, and the points are all skewed a meter off. I am going to try to find a way to delete those random points that are showing around my office then try post-processing again.

That's what I was thinking maybe it was a transformation/projection issue because they're all apart in the same direction. Here's a photo to show. What is the fix here if this is the case? I was also considering something to do with the post-processing since typically it will pop up with the closest base station to choose from automatically, but this time I had to search for the base station. Thanks for the help.
