Thanks, I did and they say the pop up should work, so I sent them my data. If they can replicate the problem its a bug. LOL.

I have published a file geodatabase point file as a service. In Flex Application Builder 3.7 and in an ArcGIS online map viewer map I can get the popup window to show the attributes. However, when I create a web application builder map with this same service the pop up window shows a message "No information available". Initially thought as web application builder was in beta there were some bugs. I have upgraded Internet Explorer to IE 10. Thanks Robert, on another hand I downloaded Flex 3.7 but cannot get any results with the enhanced draw widget. I copied the zip eDraw under the folder For_AppBuilder 3.7 and added that as a widget. Is anyone having issues with IE9 and Web App Builder. I was so upgraded to IE10 and have found that web app builder is sluggish. Also I have added an ArcGIS service and the popup will not work under any circumstances, even though that service popup works in AGOL and Flex App Builder. I have encountered the same problem in where I have an ArcGIS Service that pop ups work in my online map as well as in my Flex Application Builder. However, with the new Web App Builder from AGOL I get a popup saying No information.

I still waiting to hear from ESRI, last email was a week ago and said they will get back to me. It is not feasable for me to go to a previous version of Flash, our company installs the latest version company wide and for everyone within the company to go back to a previous version is not practical. ESRI Flex 3.5 has an issue that needs to be addressed and not adobe.

Thanks George, tried changing instances on server, it did not help. CC cleaner is not an option unfortuneately as server is not under my control. My services load fine, but widgets dont respond or the map zoom until refresh applied numerous times.

Since upgrading to flex Application Builder 3.5 I am constantly needing to refresh my browser to get my flex map to respond and my widgets to work. When i hover my mouse over the widgets I just get an empty text box, my services are all loading however. After refreshing my browser 3-4 times everything works. Does anyone know if this is a bug?
