I would reach out to your Esri account manager / local rep. If you are not sure, you can contact that team: https://www.esri.com/en-us/contact#c=us&t=1

Not sure what version of Enterprise (portal) you are using, but it looks like it may be related to the issue in Chromium that we released a patch for: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2024/portal-for-arcgis-application-display-patch I would review and apply this patch, if applicable, and re-test. What are the versions of ArcGIS Enterprise / Chrome / Edge being used for the post?

I am not sure about "... preventing access to the databases from other means such as microsoft access or another db client thats not ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro." That seems like a tall order..... Understand on the auditing, I would look into editor tracking and maybe archiving.

If you have an Active Directory (AD) group set up with the users that need to "edit" the data, they could use the connection with OS credentials (no password needed) to make the connection and edit. Look at step 5: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/manage-sql-server/connect-sqlserver.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_4CECAE30A36F40E18C87CA63097F8867 What would need to be "audited" by username: connections / date edited / etc.? Adding users in SQL server (look at the bottom paragraph): https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/manage-sql-server/add-users-sqlserver.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_1EF70F32F80041FB9666781BD3D78754

Is the offset the same across all the data that is added? Sounds like a projection thing.... not sure I have seen / heard of that one yet.

Are all the edits showing in the DEFAULT version or the version that the replica was created off of? Sounds like some of the edits are not in the version that is being synced. What version of Pro did you use to configure the replica?

You could put an Information banner notification on the Enterprise site after an upgrade and let the users know they need to clear their cache? https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/sites/latest/get-started/advanced-settings.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C30D73392D964D51A8B606128A8A6E8F

We have started to put this in our documentation for the upgrade process; https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/install/windows/upgrade-portal-for-arcgis.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_9562E73D22D64660BF789AF14577EC77 look at Step #7 "Clear your browser's cache (including cookies). Information left over in the cache from the previous version of the website may cause the upgraded website to display incorrectly, and you may not be able to sign in. It's recommended that you clear the cache (including cookies) on all browsers that will view the upgraded portal website." I am going to say no. I saw this and it says that ArcGIS Pro is required: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/pretrained-models/latest/text/introduction-to-address-standardization.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C30D73392D964D51A8B606128A8A6E8F ArcMap is in Mature support and to be retired in March 2026. I would doubt that GeoAI will ever work with ArcMap, especially since it is a 32-bit client. I am not the official say so, just my thoughts.....

I would recommend running this tool: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm#GUID-058357DC-B421-4CCC-83C1-9867D9117FE3. What are the results of the test above? Also what is the exact version of Pro that you are using, including patch level (i.e.: 3.2.2, 3.3.1, etc.)? Where is the data that you are using in relation to your laptop?

You may want to look at this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-documents/update-arcgis-server-services-after-sql-server/tac-p/1523708 Says SQL Server but the process should be the same for PostgreSQL. Did you use IP in the connection string information?

What type of geodatabase did they send you? Can you provide a screenshot of it? Making an assumption that it is a file geodatabase (fGDB) and they did not send everything that was needed to make it work. The entire folder must be zipped up. Happy to test something if you want. Let me know and I will PM you.....

Not that I am aware of. Those values are only updated once the upgrade is successful, so I would assume that all the other components in the EGDB are at that version. That # you mention is not necessarily related to the release version. The "11.1.0.41833" is more important as that is the release information. You can look in Pro also to see what the version reporting says.
