When configuring Portal to work with survey 123 under a 10.5 Server environment the Technical Support indicates that you can add it under Supported Operations on the Web Adapter. I seem to be missing the Add option in my Supported Operations. I believe I am missing a step.

I have been unable to open Drone2Map due to an authentication error. We used the program about 3 weeks ago, and it was running fine. I double checked my Portal licences, and the user that is attempting to log-in has a confirmed license associated to the login in.

We have been having this issue as well. We are fly with a 80 by 80 percent overlap at 300 feet with a Inspire 2. Our issue comes in mainly when we fly over forested areas. I can not see a difference in image quality between the photos that work, and the ones that do not calibrate.

Every flight we loose either the corners or large holes in the center of our images. We are flying a Inspire 2 at 399 feet with 65% overlap.

The issue ended up being that port 6443 was not allowed past the firewall, therefor all external connections like Collector were not seeing data that was trafficked through the SQL server on 6443. We did not notice this right away due to the fact our feature layers that were not on SQL server were coming through just fine.
