Thanks for providing this information. One way to get past this issue is to get your ArcGIS Online Organization admin to "Enable Esri" for your user account. Then you would be able to log into GeoNet with that account. Joshua Giese & Ramchand Rao, any other ideas?

Are you viewing the tiff in ArcMap or ArcScene. ArcMap is the 2D view; however, ArcScene will display the image in 3D. Fundamental of displaying surfaces in 3D Setting the raster layer's base heights using a surface in ArcScene

I've moved your post into the Managing Data space. You will get a much better answer here as the GeoNet Help is intended for community help and feedback. You can see more on the community structure, and what topics are under each space from the following documents: GeoNet Community Structure ArcGIS Discussion Forums Migration Strategy Thanks! Timothy

When you signed up for the trial, you should have been given a a 12-digit number beginning with EVA. This number should have been entered under the ArcGIS Administrator as a single use license. The license manager not set is usually from having the manager set to a concurrent use license.

Sure I can see the possible usability issue here. The documents were part of a response to how the community was originally structured so that users could understand how we migrated the old forums into GeoNet. Sure these documents should not be needed to post a question. My normal workflow for when posting a question to a community is to first search for an answer. Then based upon where the majority of related responses reside I would post my question there. How do you envision the user experience should be? Rob Elkins - Can you provide some information on how credits work with ArcGIS Pro? Thanks!

Convert the line to a raster using Polyline to Raster , and then use the Minus tool to reduce the DEM. Make sure you have a field with value that you want to reduce the DEM by. The conversion will use that field to assign values to the output raster.
