UPDATE: I create a survey with connect and published to Enterprise Portal. Download the created feature(hosted). Copy to my local sql. Publish to Enterprise. Create a survey with submission url to the sql feature. Open one record form inbox, put in draft and refresh the inbox. The survey makes the warning that i have the record in draft. So it works. The difference that i detect is with the globalid column. When the survey connect created the feature, the globalid is with lower 'g', but if a create a new feature in sql and add the globalid is created with capital 'G'. Is possible for the survey system thinks they are different? Can you tests this situation? ... View more

Hi , i tested with 3.17.58 and the behavior continue. IMPORTANT: It happens whit my surveys that read a feature that is not hosted they are in a microsoft sql.  I have a survey that use a hosted feature and if i have a record in draft and got to inbox and refresh , the inbox does not bring the record.  ... HI. The new versions are supposed to detect this situation. I have the same problem but when using in portal and a feature in a microsoft sql. If i use a hosted feature the app detect the situation and  does not bring the record in the inbox and shows a message that is in another of the folders. i create a ticket but still waiting for resolution. ... HI i have a similar problem and was a particular field that have some especial text. To find what field is with problem , activate the Diagnostic in the settings of survey and see the logs that it create when you do the send. The logs says what field is with error. If have problem reading the logs then do a trial and error test. If you have the inbox enable try erase some fields that have text and send. If works the open again from inbox and fill in the fields but one at time and send again. ... View more

Hi. Verify this, if you don't have connection and work a survey when finished the survey its lands in another tab named OUTBOX. From there you can open the survey again and add more data and put again in the OUTBOX. When the user have connection then sends all they have in his OUTBOX. ... View more

hi, the parentglobalid is Guid type in the related table. this is a example of one of my related tables. when you add the globalid normaly is generated automatic but you need to fill the parentglobalid. Remember create a new relation with the parentglobalid.  To fill the parentglobalid : 1) you can create a python script to fill it. 2) Maybe in arcmap create a join with your actual key relation and do a calculate field to fill the parentglobalid with the globalid of the master record.   create a copy of your data ( filegeodatabase) and do some  testing.  in my case my feature was empty. ... hi, i work a survey with an existing feature and add some new related tables after the survey was created. you need to create the repeat and in the name of the repeat put the name of the table. also need to use global ids.  if you relation is based in gis_authority_link i think you need to add the global id in both feature and related table. then a parentglobalid in the table. create the relation based on this fields and with programing pass the feature globalid to his corresponding parent globalid .   the best way to see, is create a new survey with a repeat and download as fgdb and see the structure. my data is also in enterprise DB-Sql ... hi i try to use this example and doenst work. what i do is this: ${username} like '%'||entidad||'%' in the query of the inbox. for example : have company XY, and i want the users of XY company to see his submitions. the usernames was created with XY_user1, XY_user2 ect. the in entidad i put XY.  If the username are the email then fill entidad using the subst function to extract and fill with the letters after the @ of the email. ...
