Hello Shafi trumboo, I am having the same problem after having configured Portal for arcgis 10.3 with an authentification SAML2 as Service Provider and defined groups/users with Active Directory. Calling secured web map services of the federated ArcGIS server from another server configured with SSO SAML2 as well, brings me the same login window. Yes same issue with Portal for ArcGIS ! I confirm that I was having the same problem with Portal 10.3.1 when trying to configure it to use Windows Active Directory. But with Portal, the error  message was not talking about IPV6 which make it even more difficult to debug : "Failed to update identity store. Cannot connect to user store using supplied configuration. Verify the user store configuration is correct and try again." After deactivating IPV6 on W2K8 server, it worked ! So basically, this type of synchronization is not available in ArcMap so this is the reason why I cannot see the replica created by Collector in the "Replica" manager of ArcMap. Hello Joe, Sorry for the delay. Indeed, you are right : you need an empty feature class to be able to share it as a service. Hello, I confirm that I am observing the same phenomenon on Collector for ArcGIS 10.3.7 on IOS 9.2.1. Any reaction from ESRI on this unexepected working feature ? Because over the Web we still can read everywhere that it is not supported and there have been no statement coming from ESRI stating that it is working. Finally, I found the solution to my problem. The thing I could not understand is that when I was browsing to a REST API of my ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 from Safari, I had the mentionned problem. But  : - when browsing to an ArcGIS Server 10.0 no problem. - when browsing to an ArcGIS Server 10.3 following error message : "The 'Proxy-Connection' must be modified using the appropriate property or method. Parameter name : name" - when browsing to an ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 the mentionned above error message. And indeed, hopefully 10.3 is more talkative than 10.3.1 because when removing parameter "Proxy-Connection: keep-alive"  from the header in Fiddler, it works. So I added the following rule in fiddler : "oSession.oRequest.headers.Remove("Proxy-Connection");" And now I can finally get the POST parameters sent by Collector. Might be late but have you checked that your Oracle Schema from which you published the service had writing rights in the DB ? Otherwise replica does not work even if clients will only query the data. I had the same error message and after ressourcing with another schema that had writing rights, it worked. ... View more

Hello, I am often having issue on Collector for ArcGIS to synchronize (Collector for ArcGIS 10.3.5 on IOS 8.1.2) features services on an ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 with WebAdaptor 10.3.1, secured services with token. Most of the time logs of the server does not tell much : eg : Error executing tool. SyncFeatureServiceReplica Job ID: j1c32475b901842b4878a35d031938d36 : ErrorMsg@SyncGPService:{"code":400,"description":""} Failed to execute (Sync Feature Service Replica). I followed the different tutorials you mentioned to capture traffic with Fiddler so as to check where could the problem come from. It works : when I am asking for a webpage on safari of IPad, I can see the request and answer in Fiddler. Hello, I had the same issue and I found out that you cannot desactivate a field with index (the ones that have a star at the end in the attribute table). Though they are not mandatory fields, as soon as they have an index, it will fail. Hope this can help, Nicolas ... View more
