I think there is an issue with update survey in the app. Whatever you do , it simply duplicating the list .

I tested with that option in Survey123 web page, But not working. every time either open survey123 App or Scroll down to get notification on top of App after CSV Update.

I published the Form from Survey123 Connect 3.13 Latest version of it and try to update the form in App. It showing duplicate list from choices. When I delete the from and download fresh, it shows exactly what we expected. when I try to update the form. It shows as below. Survey123 app Updating CSV contents dynamically when we open the Survey Form in the app/ But Web form is not updated the list as expected. We have to go to Survey123 Connect and manually do download CSV and Publish it again, then only web form is updated with latest CSV. Please suggest what we need to do ?
