When I go to: http://demo.kaarbontech.co.uk/wfs It requires sign-in authorization. Could that be the problem for you as well?

The default format for the automated new member email invitation is: "[Signed-in/inviters First and Last name] has invited you to join an ArcGIS Online Organization, [Organization Name]" If you would like to send new member invitations to multiple users, you can use the "From a File" method using a CSV file, this will allow you to customize a single message that will be sent to all new member invites. Will that work?

Can you try re-importing your map from Pro and try again? I noticed that your opportunity zones layer's "zoom to" extents is pretty far out and zoom level is different than the schools layer.

When you import the excel spreadsheet back to ArcGIS Online, does it convert it back to HST with the correct time?

When a date field is displayed in ArcGIS Online, the date is converted from UTC to your local time.This is done by querying your computer and asking it for its time zone setting. Can you confirm your computer time is correct? Below is more info on working with date fields in ArcGIS Online. Sorry, editing of the story map cannot be done from someone outside of your organization. That is a platform-wide policy of group editing that applies to all items, and not just story maps.
