One method that we have used for this is by using an Administrator account as the 'production' owner.  This has helped to ensure that any service, maps, apps that are in production will not be tweaked or accidentally deleted by users that have 'production' maps/apps items that they own.  So, when a map or app is ready to move into production, make sure that it meets your criteria for tags, naming, logos, etc.  Then, change the ownership of all of the required items to the admin. account. Alex.  Great question.  The way that you can do this is using related tables with Collector.  Here is a blog post that mentions how to set it up: Related Tables – Exploring New Ways to use Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Blog Basically, the way it works, is that you could have users click on the grid, and then create a new point.  If you establish a relationship between the grid and the points, the points will absorb the ID of the grid.  So, no need to manually enter in the grid name.  ... Mark, Thanks for the response.  Ill take a look to see about using a different type of input.  As I have it set up right now, I created a Python script to send the SOAP request and I then generate an XML file to my public web folder, I then used the 'Poll External Site for XML' as an input in GeoEvent.  It certainly doesn't feel like the best solution, but it's working alright.  Ill look into the 'Receive Input' though, that could be a cleaner way to send the messages.  ...
