That is understandable that it cant be shared. Are you able to reproduce when just pulling out the editable data and if so would you be able to share that version? The other thing we can look at is the memory usage on the device. I find this under Device Care > Memory in the settings. How much is available? How much is used by Field Maps, etc. Can you try adding Field Maps to the "excluded apps" list?

Hi @ZacharyHart , is it possible to share one of the Maps/data that is being used when the crash occurs? If using ArcGIS Online you can share the map(s) and relevant data to a Group and invite the user "arcgisfieldmaps" to the Group so I can access the data. I have been unsuccessful in reproducing this problem with the various sample datasets I typically use.

Hi @Jeremy_Z @DougBrowning , We still have an internal issue in where we have investigated this in the past and it remains open due to our inability to consistently reproduce the problem. For this reason unfortunately nothing has changed but we did realize we did not have a support bug to link to our internal issue, which will allow us to track the impact and different user cases where this may happen. Anyone on this thread should contact support and attach your account to the this bug: BUG-000153451 We will take another fresh look at this issue as well. From the replica removal perspective, I do not believe anything has changed. You can remove them via a script or directly in REST. I am not familiar with using desktop to accomplish this workflow.

Hi @KPyne , updateFeature does not support opening directly to a table (related table). You would need to call the parent feature and then manually navigate to the record in question. We did recently add the ability to add new related records via the addRelatedFeature parameter.

@NicholeBallard is it opening the Browser to a Field Maps page for you? On Android you may want to check the following (could vary depending on android version): Go to Settings > Apps > Field Maps > "Defaults" section > tap Set as default > ensure Open supported links is toggled on.

Can those experiencing this issue confirm they are still seeing the crashing? I tracked down a Tab Active 3 in order to test this and have been unable to reproduce a crash. I tried replicating the same settings reported in the BUG (10 meter streaming interval - crashing around 100m distance of streaming) but I cannot replicate the crash. Given the amount of reports it must not be specific to the data or the Web Map. It does appear to be specific to offline maps although if someone is seeing this while using the online version of the map please confirm. My Tab Active 3 is running Android 13 and I have successfully streamed numerous line segments over 500+ meters on Field Maps 23.2.1. I am looking for ay other helpful details so we can get to the bottom of this. Thank you.

Hi Travis, I can reproduce the same crash using the map you shared on my samsung phone. I caught the following in the logs: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Required value was null. I am not positive that explicitly points to the issue. I took a look on iOS, which doesn't crash as you mentioned, and noticed the @ symbol in one of the fields and as part of the popup title. I assume this is added from your arcade expression? Can you try removing this symbol from the expression and see if the app still crashes?

Are you using an MDM to deploy Field Maps and have potential restrictions set on your device Browser? The team was never able to reproduce this issue even while testing with Intune MDM deployment. Happy to investigate further if we can determine what is unique in these setups causing the app links to open in Edge.

I believe the value is anything greater than 601dp for the width will support landscape view. This isnt always directly translatable from screen size and it is sometimes quite difficult to uncover this value from a manufacturer; that is one of the reasons we added the developer setting I mentioned above to verify the value. Again, we are re-evaluating this cutoff for a future release and hope to support some additional devices in landscape mode.

Hi @Y_Chau , Generally speaking a 10" tablet should support rotation but ultimately the cutoff is not the screen size but pixel density. There is a developer setting in Field Maps Android that should give this info about your device. When signed in, tap the profile settings in the top right of your Maps list, then tap on your username 3 times rapidly. The first row in the developer settings window should give you the device form factor based on the predetermined Field Maps cutoffs, followed by the screen density values. The team is evaluating changes to the specific cutoffs in the future as we do frequently hear customers on smaller model tablets want to utilize landscape mode as well.
