Are you using the category field to define teams? There have been talks about expanding the filter capabilities relating the the tracks feature service and its views. Whether those things may occur in Track Viewer or somewhere else is TBD. In essence, you want to create Track Views that are specific to a certain category and perhaps have users in another organization be able to view the tracks within this View. HI @AndrewPadilla , this is indeed still the case and as far as im aware will not change. Sync, across the platform, is not designed to check for changes in the layer schema and download any changes. Modifications to the data schema will typically break any outstanding replicas. It is best practice to "check-in" all replicas and remove offline areas before making these types of changes.  ... Are you able to create a new track view and see the data in Track Viewer? It seems like the Track Viewer app cannot find the source of that after you upgraded. If you are comfortable capturing traffic using network tools (F12) you can reload the page and see if a more detailed error is reported in the network traffic.  ... View more

The mobile devices being used are iPads, searching for tax parcel ID #'s. And the layer with the parcel IDs is set up for search, correct? I would just want to make sure its not latching on so some coordinates or address that would fall outside of the extent. Things do seem to point to the tpkx as the culprit however we cant rule out the app incorrectly showing this error for some reason. If you happen to have an Android device available to test if the error can be replicated on that device, it might help complete the picture.  I would review the tpkx extent and also the ensure all of the scales/levels have been built.  ...
