It looks like the My tracks card (and toggle) is not there at all. This should mean that the logged in user does not have the Location Sharing user type extension (or Tracker license). This license is provisioned as part of the Mobile Worker user type or is an add on license for any other user type. Was the card appearing previously? If its only happening for certain layers I would guess there is something in the schema or data causing the error but cant be certain without looking at it directly. I would suggest reaching out to Tech Support on this one if you can.  By the way, is there anything else in the collapsible details sections of the console error you attached? ... View more

Hi @RodellZorilla , I tried with a view layer created from a points layer and I cannot reproduce the error in Designer. Are there any specific filters/configurations you are setting when creating the view layer that could be unique here? I just set up a simple filter definition on one of the fields for mine. Hi Rachel, You would need to proxy the basemap (embed your AGOL credentials) in the basemap item in order to avoid this prompt. Do you, or someone else in your organization, have ArcGIS Online credentials you can use to do this? You would take the URL you posted and add as a new item to the Portal from the Content page. I have some thoughts for those on this thread still running into this issue. Its possible the OS is ending the process due to battery optimizations or memory limitations on the device which have become more aggressive with newer versions of Android. Has anyone seen this issue on a different Android 13 (or 14) device? Could those on this thread who are still encountering this issue try the following: Open Settings > Apps > Field Maps > Battery > Select "Unrestricted" (the default is Optimized) Also: Open Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > Excluded apps > tap "+" and select Field Maps > Add Can you still reproduce the problem after changing one or both of the above settings? One theory I have is that I cannot see the issue because my device is a testing device and fairly barebones in terms of what is installed. It is similar in that each new "entry" is added to the related table. When submitting a related record in Field Maps we show the completed entry in a read only popup form. To add another related record you need to first close this form and tap "Add" again. This may be one extra step when compared to Repeats in Survey123.  ... View more

Hi @AidanWilliams1 , antenna height values entered in the Provider settings are subtracted from the "altitude" value in the metadata (as well as the value shown in the GPS details in the map). An simple way to check this is, with no antenna height added, collect a point and note the altitude value; then go back and change antenna height to a large value (like 100m) and collect another feature.  ... Hey @LWWCGIS , can you add some context about how you are using this URL? Is it from a popup in Field Maps and you are attempting to launch directly into a related record collection (perhaps in another map or layer)? Is the globalID parameter that is being "converted" the one in brackets or are you referring to the value for the foreignKeyField? I believe if its the one in brackets, ie pulling the globalID value from the table, then this would be a known issue.  ... View more
