Hi @OwenGeo - I shared your message with the person who is making the Story we were trying to do this with and here is his response: My intention with this story map is to tell a friendly, nontechnical story about the importance of Pollinators and, as is, the narrative reads very simply and nicely, free of scientific lingo. However, while the images show examples of the narrative (pollinators and pollinator gardens, etc), the narrative does not explain what appears in the images. While reviewing the draft, I realized that captioning the photos with common and scientific names of the flora and fauna would greatly enhance the educational value, for those readers interested in knowing more about pollinators (and gardens), without disrupting the flow of the narrative for those who wish to casually just read a nice story about pollinators. It seems, a small strip or corner of the image where I could float an explanatory bit of 'Latin' (names, etc, of less than 8-10 words in total) would be ideal for this purpose. Please let me know what you think of this. If you think it's worthy of a dedicated Idea, let me know and I will create one. I think for now, we will use (or misuse) the Attribution option to store the common and scientific names of flora and fauna shown in the images of the sidecar. That way the narrative is not disrupted and curious people can click the info icon for more information. Thank you for your quick response!

Hi - We are using a sidecar to display a series of images. We'd like to add image captions, however can not determine how to do this. We could add a caption to the text of the sidecar, but this is not ideal. The "Attribution" text shows the 'info' icon, and this could also work but again is not ideal. Are we missing something? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you,

After doing some more research, it seems that with some of the more recent releases of AGOL (starting in December 2021), symbology changes made to a layer via the Visualization tab are not saved to the REST Endpoint of a layer (all hosted feature layers, not just Views). You can manually "override" symbology via the REST Endpoint Admin page using the Update Layer Definition tool. This is not ideal as depending on where a layer is accessed/added from, a user will see two different symbologies. If a layer is added to a Web Map or Pro via "Add Data" and browsed to, the symbology (and other configurations such as pop-up, labels, etc.) saved via the Visualization tab will be seen. If a layer is added to a Web Map or Pro via the REST service URL, the symbology will be whatever the layer was published to AGOL with. I opened a technical support case and requested an enhancement. Enhancement number: ENH-000151486 Synopsis: Add functionality in ArcGIS Online to automatically update the REST end of the feature service with the updated symbology change made after the data is published. Status: New @IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick and the Survey123 team - this seems like a limitation that also affects the drawingInfo parameter within feature reports.

Hi @SeanKMcGinnis - Thank you. As soon as the ArcGIS Connector is added to our business connectors, I plan on testing the following Flow which I think will do what I am looking for. My plan will be to post back here if I am successful so others can use this as an example. Flow as it stands so far: Where I'm using the following expression for addDays(): addDays(body('Convert_File_Complete_Date'),int(45),'yyyy-MM-dd') This would be set up to run daily. Hopefully I am actually able to test this soon. If you see anything inherently wrong with anything here and let can me know, that would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and help, it was nice talking with you.

Hi - I am creating a summary report template and need to include a map - something I have never done in a summary report before. Following the instructions and syntax on the Report Templates help page, I am attempting to use the drawingInfo parameter to point to a specific hosted feature layer to grab that customized symbology. The syntax for my map looks like this, and I believe it is properly configured: ${WsPA_Filings_polygon| drawingInfo:"https://services1.arcgis.com/xxxx/survey123_8ea2fc9950714bc09848a29aa60103ce_stakeholder/FeatureServer/0" | mapSettings:"03b7506a51e44e169ae1c3933b45bffc" | size:500:500} The problem is that when the report generates the map does not use the symbology saved to the specified feature layer. Instead, the map uses the default symbology which the original hosted feature layer was published with from ArcGIS Pro. I am trying to have the drawingInfo parameter point to the "stakeholder" View which has been customized with the symbology I'd like to see in my summary report. Any suggestions on why this is not working would be appreciated. UPDATE - I believe that the issue is this... the View's REST Endpoint is still honoring the default symbology with which the original hosted feature layer was published. I had gone through the View layer's 'Visualization' settings and updated the symbology and saved the View, however this does not seem to have "trickled down" to the symbology saved at the REST Endpoint of the View. Since the URL for drawingInfo is the REST Endpoint, I believe that this is why I am having this problem. Is this expected behavior, or am I missing something? Thank you,

Hi @Shwu-jingJeng - I've contacted Esri support to add support for this enhancement request. I am curious, since it has been about a year since this post, if there were any updates on this from your end. Thank you,

Hi @ZhifangWang - When you "memory issue" - do you mean memory on my local PC/processing power, or memory issue on the Esri side of things? The summary report does not contain images (I actually thought that I images were not supported in a summary report). Our summary report looks like the example below. There are 43 rows in the table I've shown below. Each row has 3 columns of summary calculations. The survey does have attachments enabled, however I do not have a good feel for the total number that would have been present in the selected records. If this is relevant, even though images are not included in the summary report, let me know and I can spend time figuring this information out. Thank you,

@ZhifangWang @IsmaelChivite - I am seeing a similar error with the same Survey123 form and Summary Report template. This time I am attempting to generate a report for survey submissions over the entire fiscal year. There are 1,193 records selected that I am attempting to summarize. I receive this error each time I attempt to generate the report: I was able to generate other 7 smaller summary reports last Thursday for the same Survey123 form and report template (Q4 and individual month summaries). The largest number of records I selected and generated a summary report from included 509 records. I've attempted this in both Chrome and Firefox and received the same error each time. Generally this error pops up between 2 and 4 minutes after clicking "Generate". My latest job ID was 1dd4ff4b30e446dfb1e85f2305fb5dbd in case that is useful at all. Any help or advice on how to overcome this would be appreciated. Thank you,

@KevinBurke We are seeing errors when attempting to go offline today - this appears to be happening for multiple layers which are editable Views. Error looks like this: 6/27/22, 12:02:17 PM [DOWNLOAD] [3480d87e-8716-404c-99e4-faff86348b8c] - Error downloading map: Error Domain=com.esri.arcgis.runtime.services.error Code=500 "Unable to create replica. I own the View - it is editable, sync-enabled, has editor tracking ON and allows Adds/Updates. Thanks for any help.

Hi @SeanKMcGinnis, Sure! Let me know if what I've included below is better. Thank you in advance! Syntax for addSeconds is above in original post. Syntax for addDays is above in original post. Last week I also started playing around with creating a Scheduled Cloud Flow (instead of an Automated Cloud Flow) and tried to get the workflow detailed in this post to work for what I was trying to do. I did not have a lot of time to play with it, but wasn't able to get it to work. Here I got an error at the Generate Server Token step (which I have never had issues with in my other Flows which follow this exact workflow, but use the trigger "When a http request is received" instead of a Recurrence). I was hoping to get back to testing this particular setup sometime next week. Error: Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Generate_Server_Token' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'first' expects its parameter be an array or a string. The provided value is of type 'Null'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions#first for usage details.'. If you're able to help here, it would be incredible!
