Hi, So I've created a Feature Service in AGOL, and I'm just trying out how to update it through the REST Services Directory. I can't seem to get the syntax figured out. From what I've read I need the GlobalID of the feature I want to update, as well as whatever attributes. When I try the following, I get errors, but I'm not really sure what I need to fix. Also, is it possible to update without using the GlobalID? We have another unique attribute on each feature (FACILITYID) which I would prefer to use. Thanks, So doing this.... Produces this error....

Hi, In Drone2Map I have created my .las point cloud from imagery, but cannot figure out how to calculate volume with it. I have 3D Analyst, but when I select the layer in D2M the various Measure tools are not enabled. Any suggestions??

Hi. Is it possible to deploy 'public' quick capture apps in a way that the branding reflects those of your organization? Currently everything opens up in the QuickCollect app, but is there a way to re-brand the QuickCollect app so it looks like a custom app from your organization?? Hopefully that makes sense.

Hi Kylie Donia, Thanks for the information. That worked. Just as an FYI, it does not work if you are using the BETA Map Viewer in AGOL, but using the regular Map Viewer all the changes were saved properly. Thanks again!

Hi Robert Borchert Was there ever any resolution to this? I need to run a definition query on a layer, based on attributes in the related record. Mine is for Watermain Breaks. I need to query out all of the breaks (a 1:1 relate to WaterMains), where the Watermain has a LININGINSTALLDATE. The join (in SDE, versioned) is there and working, but I just can't figure out how to write the Definition Query in ArcPro. Also, how is your Maximo implementation going? Did you have to write any custom code to update the MXCREATIONSTATE as you edit your data??

Hi, Yes, I had the same issue. Luckily I really only had one other attribute that I needed to populate (WELL_TYPE), so I just created a new group for each subtype. I could see how the more attributes you need to capture, the more of a pain it would be. But....if you need to capture so many different combinations of attrbutes, with lots of user input, I don't think that is what 'Quick' Capture was designed for. That sounds like more of a Collector type of application.

Hi, Is it possible to show a layer (ie. parcel fabric) in the Dispatcher map, but disable the layer from being selectable?? Assignments are being created for Parcels, when they should only be getting created for the Address Point. Thanks,

Hi Kory, Thanks for posting. Actually, our water network is not modeled as a geometric network. It is just a collection of points and lines, primarily used for cartographic needs and for keeping an inventory on what assets we have. We do have some Topology rules laid out for identifying digitizing errors, but otherwise it's a fairly simple model of our water system.

I work with creating/editing features in a water network. Someone has suggested that whenever we create a new valve (point feature) on a watermain (line feature), that we need to first create a new vertex where the valve will go, and then snap the valve feature to the vertex. Currently we just snap the valve to the edge of the watermain. Is there any added benefit to manually creating vertices as we digitize valves onto straight lines? Thanks,

Great....thanks Ismael! It's not easy to read the flow of the code in the JSON editor, but now that I understand that the cameraInfo section actually only relates to each button individually it makes more sense. Thanks!

OK, so it turns out that the layers in our SDE that I was editing were not actually versioned (although I thought they were). So nothing to do with the latest 2.4.2 release. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi John, Can you explain how the cameraInfo section of the JSON works. I see there is a section under templateGroups, but also each button has it's own cameraInfo section. I'm testing the "required":false parameter but not getting the results I expect to get. Basically, I want ALL buttons in my project to act the same and not require a photo, but have it optional.

Yes, but I am using versioned data and I do not have the option to "Save". Previous to 2.4.2 I have always been able to "Save" my edits, or not "Save" them and start over again. Unless I am reading what Kory is saying incorrectly.....

Hi, So recently I have noticed that my Edits in a Versioned SDE GDB are saving automatically. This has never happened before. Previously I have always had to hit the "Save" button to save my edits, but now they magically are saving automatically. Here are my Editing settings, which to me are still set the same as before. Did the latest update change something?? I am at the latest version, 2.4.2.
