After some triage, I determined that this metric is tracking the number of database sessions opened by ArcGIS clients (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, etc.), not the total number of open sessions. Hi @s1234678, As long as the ArcGIS Monitor configuration store is still in place, you should be able to install ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 which I think will resolve this issue, as @Pat_Gallagher pointed out. Assuming you are on Windows, the configuration is located in this location:  C:\Users\<serviceAccount>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor.
