Hello, ArcGIS Server does make the same metrics available for hosted services that it does for non-hosted services, which is why hosted services are not registered for Monitoring when you register your ArcGIS Server. As soon as these metrics become available for hosted services, ArcGIS Monitor will be able to monitor them. Hello, I'm curious what ArcGIS Server's "Number of shared instances per machine" setting is currently set to. You can check this by signing into ArcGIS Server Manager > Site > Settings. The default is 4 and when I query a service that is set to "Shared", the "Instances Saturation Percentage" metric in Monitor reflects between 15% and 30% which is what I would expect. If you are seeing that this metric is spiking to 100% every time a service is queried, this may be a sign that it should be increased. Josh

Hi Emilio, Can you please try adding the ArcGIS Monitor machine as a trusted host on the machine you are trying to register for monitoring? On that machine: Open a Powershell console as an administrator. Replace <machine> with the ArcGIS Monitor fully qualified domain name and then run: Set-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts -Value <machine> Restart the Windows Remote Management service. Chris, If you stop the ArcGIS Monitor service, can you confirm that all 3 processes in Task Manager are also terminated? If any of them stick around after stopping the service, manually stop them and then restart ArcGIS Monitor service. Josh
