ArcGIS Storymaps Collection has a bug where it does not load base maps. I have attempted to load several base maps and the issue persists. The dashboards base map successfully loads outside of StoryMaps. On a related note, it is annoying that ESRI did not continue the tabbed navigation capability in the new Storymaps. I have a statewide map with Census tracts I would like to display in MapViewer.  Do I have the ability to: (1) draw a point, line or polygon on the map to select several census tracts and (2) display a pop-up that illustrates total population for the multiple tract area, not just a single tract? I assume an Arcade expression can handle the pop-up but the select by location functionality is what I am getting stuck on, assuming that functionality exists within MapViewer.  I am not interested in filtering. I recently learned that my web app builder web map extent changes based on browser zoom level due to the web pages responsive design functionality. To be clear, I understand (and I am OK with) the fact that the web app layout adjusts based on a devices browser resolution, but based on my understanding of how responsive design works and talking with some IT professionals, the web map extent should not change, regardless of a web browsers zoom setting. The first image (below) uses a web browser zoom level of 120% (this occurs in all the major web browsers) and shows an image of the Atlantic Ocean, not of Central Maryland. The second photo illustrates that if you hit the "Home" button, the map extent will change back to the correct location, which is central Maryland. Any idea what is going on here? I would like ESRI to add the capability for hover-over values and associated labels to show up when using the display mode "Display values feature by feature," rather than as a full legend upon hover-over.  I work with large data sets that contain 20+ groups containing unique generalized zoning classifications. This data has already been simplified and cannot be re-grouped/re-classified to reduce the amount of groups any further. A legend with 20+ categories is very large and quite overwhelming. I would like to be able to hover over a bar and see the associated value and label. Your thoughts are appreciated. ... View more
