Make Editable  Look at the Edit Toolbar to make this happen. To get the Lat/Long  Well this depends on your data and what coordinate system its in. You can get the X and Y of your data from your 'evt.mapPoint' object (evt.mapPpoint.x)  - review  the Point object for all details. Well i guess as long as you are not using an ESRI basemap in the AGO webmap you should be okay. Have you tried just clearing your cache or a different web browser? A lot of times thing like this are just browser cache issues ... View more

As Robert mentioned this is a custom widget, Below is a general description of the task at hand that might get you moving forward. Create a blank Web App Builder widget Have 2 input boxes for the X and Y values to be entered and a button. When the user clicks the button, convert the users input into a Point object and a new Graphic. Add the graphic to a new GraphicsLayer - dont forget to symbolize and add the Graphicslayer to the map. Using the Point geometry run an intersect against your line(s) and see if it comes back true The geometryEngine can help with the intersect: If the intersect is true then take your point and add it to a feature layer using the 'applyEdits' function.
